Structured by the 3PQMatrix© shown below, the 3PQ Management System© builds information collection, knowledge, decision-making, and documentation in a 4 phased X 4 subject approach. This 4X4 approach allows the manager to flexibly assemble members of The Integrated Project Team for efficient use of time and resources while meeting the solicitation release schedule. The 3PQMatrix© is also comprehensive. By clarifying the focus of management and documentation into 4 subjects, the manager is able to concentrate Subject-Matter input contributing to decision-making in a more organized and comprehensive manner. This 4 Subject approach gave the matrix its name: 3PQ.
